“My wife and I attended the Clifton Park Home Show and met Steve from Elite Property Care. We were impressed with his knowledge of creating backyard patio space. We were interested in a paving stone patio but had trouble finalizing our design. Steve explained some of the options available and showed us additional options in a catalog he provided us. We made an appointment with him to discuss our project and he relayed some good ideas. We wanted planter boxes in one corner and a circular fire pit in the opposite corner of our patio. Steve suggested curving the patio around the fire pit and using smaller perimeter pavers in a contrasting color to the field pavers. Stairs from our sliding doors down to the patio surface completed the design. When patio construction began, Steve supervised the hardscape crew of Eric, Nick and Pat. They are hardworking employees that take pride in their work. Paver grade was very important in our design due to the planter box located at the low end of the patio. After several rains, the entire patio drains properly and doesn’t allow water to pool adjacent to the planter boxes. Circular paver cuts were done with precision and the perimeter pavers add a nice finished look. Unfortunately lawn damage is inevitable during patio construction. Elite Property Care’s landscape crew did a decent job regrading, seeding and fertilizing our damaged lawn. Our patio was completed in mid-October so lawn regrowth has been slow but will hopefully take off in the spring. If you have a hardscape project you need completed with quality materials, quality workmanship and at a fair price, we recommend you consider Elite Property Care.”
